- By Car: Take the Queens-Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East. Exit at 39 for Glen Cove Road North. Proceed north on Glen Cove Road for approximately 2 miles, then turn right onto Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). LIU Post is located about 2 miles ahead on the right.
- By Public Transportation: From Penn Station, take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Port Jefferson Line to the Hicksville Station. From there, taxi services are available to the LIU Post campus. Alternatively, the n20H bus line services the area and connects to various LIRR stations and the New York City subway system.
